After cutting into the steak, the were very gristly. When I returned to my table, my wife asked me to try the beef stew she got. I took some sides, as well as the steak they had. I chose to go to the carving station, where I was offered (2) slices of beef, that were approximately 3 inches in diameter. I was disappointed at the variety in selection, compared to other Casino buffets we have visited. She came back to the table, and I went to make mine. I waited at the table while my wife went up for for her selection. They were not very busy on the day we visited, so the choice of seating was nice. We were greeted very nicely at the front, asked if we had a seating. My wife and I have visited the Grand Victoria many times over the years, and had never taken the opportunity to try Indulge.
